ChartMind is a project of MEER UND WERT GROUP EOOD, registered in Varna, Bulgaria — the responsible provider for all data processing described below.

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and treat your data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory provisions (in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR). As technologies and this website evolve, this policy may be updated; we recommend reviewing it at regular intervals.

2. Server Log Files

When you visit this website, the hosting provider collects access data on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and stores it in server log files:

Server log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. Storage is for security reasons (e.g. to investigate misuse). Data that must be retained for evidentiary reasons is excluded from deletion until the incident has been finally clarified.

3. Cookies & Reach Measurement

This website currently uses no tracking or analytics cookies. No reach measurement or profiling takes place. If this changes in the future, this section will be updated accordingly.

4. Collection & Processing of Personal Data

We collect, use and disclose your personal data only where permitted by law or where you have consented. Personal data includes any information that can be used to identify you — such as your name, e-mail address or phone number.

You can visit this website without providing any personal information. Please note that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may have security vulnerabilities; complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.

We process personal data for the following purposes:

5. Waitlist Registration

ChartMind is currently in development. If you join the waitlist, we store the e-mail address you provide and, optionally, your name and selected interest, in order to notify you once access opens and to send you relevant launch information.

6. Contact Data / Disclosure to Third Parties

If you contact us via the contact options provided, your details are stored so that we can process and answer your inquiry. Your personal data is passed on to third parties only where this is necessary to fulfil a contract, where we or the third party have a legitimate interest in the disclosure, or where you have given your consent.

7. Your Rights

As a data subject you have the right to obtain, on request, free information about which personal data is stored about you. You also have the right to rectification of inaccurate data, to restriction of processing, and to deletion of your personal data. Where applicable, you may assert your right to data portability. If you believe that your data is being processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Please direct any request for information to the responsible provider listed in section 1.

8. Deletion of Data

Unless your request conflicts with a statutory retention obligation, you have the right to have your data deleted. Data stored by us is deleted once it is no longer required for its intended purpose and no statutory retention periods apply. If deletion is not possible because the data is required for permissible legal purposes, processing is restricted: the data is blocked and no longer processed for other purposes.

9. Right to Object

Users of this website may exercise their right to object and object to the processing of their personal data at any time. If you wish to have your data corrected, blocked, deleted or disclosed, or if you have questions about the collection, processing or use of your personal data, or wish to revoke consent, please contact: kontakt@meerundwert.eu or by phone at +359 88 659 05 93 (Artur Oliver Schoenke).
